Cepheid connectivity arround the globe

Cepheid’s GeneXpert® System reduces non-essential steps associated with pre- and post-analytical data management by providing a flexible LIS interface (supporting both HL7 and ASTM) for hospital laboratory and point-of-care (POC) settings.

By interfacing a GeneXpert System with the LIS, middleware, or point-of-care data manager, you can:

    • Automate data transfer to support data quality

    • Choose from LIS configuration options to enable workflow flexibility

    • Support streamlined data management within laboratory workflows

 

 

GeneXpert Systems can interface with multiple LIS, middleware, EMR, and POC data management systems, subject to configuration and system compatibility. Supported solutions may include vendors such as Sunquest, Data Innovations, Abbott, Telcor, Radiometer, RelayMed, and Siemens. Availability may vary by system configuration, region, and software version. Please consult your Cepheid representative for details.
